That cry in your video was a tired cry, babys have different crys for what they want, since they cant speak they emote through sound…i have 3 kids and every child is different but mostly you hear similarities when theyre babies..
    E.g:
    1. A scream like cry (high pitched and persistant) – annoyance, pain, hunger or discomfort
#solution: check the body, give light tummy rubs incase its internal or gas, lightly rub the head, if need be change the clothing as an outfit can cause constriction as well. Check the diaper and Always try to breast feed to help with calming the baby. Say soothing words or sing to distract them.

    2. A moan like cry – sleepy, cranky, or seeking attention.
#solution: hold the baby, feed the baby, play and talk with the baby, rock them back and forth gently to aid rhythm and endorse sleeping.

    3. A staggered cry usually with a display of a lip quiver – sad, confused, afraid.
#solution: you monster, love them dont creep them out or tease them. Give lots of kisses and say re-affirming things as it rebuilds trust.

    4. (The most common) general relentless cry – something is wrong but not nessesarily dangerous especially if the baby can't sleep.
#solution: change the environent theyre in, take them for a walk around the house, change the diaper and outfit, put them in a bath with the correct temperature, check their mouth for issues, gently message them to help with tummy aches, feed them to calm them, sing soft songs, TALK TO THEM it helps so much, go see a doctor for medical advise if it persists more than 2-3 days in a row.

Remeber that babies are easy peasy once you understand them so educate yourself and stay informed through gynaecology or family doctors advise, nurses know the most, read hospital pamphlets not word of mouth and dont trust google. Use your instinct as a mom and listen to how your baby communicates and when and after which event, be it feeding, bath time or naps… Youll know what to do when it counts dont worry and GOODLUCK!!

    1. Buy newborn clothes (just in case)
    2. Fotties and zippers (baby socks fall off)
    3. Tracking naps and wake windows
    4. Breast milk is magical (use it for everything)
    5. Baby’s cry and that’s okay
    6. Days are short and nights are long
    7. It can take longer to create a bond
    8. Everything is a phase (things change for the better or the worse)
    9. Body odor postpartum
    10. Food + pregnancy, postpartum appetite increases
    11. Sore stomach postpartum
    12. 4th trimester means new symptoms
    13. Identity crisis
    14. Parenthood is a full time job
    15. Pelvic floor changes

My mom told me that they PACKED HER WITH COTTON!! Then they had to take it out the next day & some had dried into some of the blood & stuck. So uncomfortable! I think that dr just did it as a standard procedure back then as the nurses complained that he always packed in too much.

Mainly because of my own mom, and some self evaluation. I think my mom did an AMAZING job raising me and my sister. So if I'm ready or anything, I can follow in my mom's footsteps, my sister's too. I am a proud aunt of two sweet nephews.

I went through one of the toughest times in my life—losing my baby just six days after birth, and soon after, my husband left. I had to face everything on my own. But I refused to give up. While trying to rebuild my life, find a new job, and climb out of debt, I came across an incredible woman online—Helen Zvart Froyan. I truly believe she was a divine connection. We connected, became friends, and eventually business partners. With her support, I regained my footing, cleared all my debts, and now, just 8 months later, I’m expecting a new miracle. I give all glory to God and thank Him for using people like Helen to bring hope and healing. 🙏

It’s okay to have a healthy baby and still struggle with PP and discuss that; I don’t agree with guilting moms that talk about their struggles because they did not experience a devastating situation.🫶🏼

How can you say that babies cry and it's ok and then immediately say that you don't know why they're crying? I mean either you know why they're crying and that's why you're saying that it's ok. Otherwise why are you saying anything at all? Maybe they're crying because they are emotional and they want to pick them up or something. I don't know, but unless you know something don't say stuff just to be said. It's bad for your rep. In my opinion.

the best advice I've gotten so far in my pregnancy is that you're taking 9 months to grow a baby, give yourself and your body at least 9 months to heal and go back to "normal" after birth
