Iron is essential for growth and development. Cholesterol and animal protein are not. I find it appalling that you are recommending a cancer causing food for babies. I understand the meat industry wants to make more money and is struggling because of new plant-based options, however humans that barely have teeth should not be fed meats. Iron is found in beef, but so are other hormones and compounds that are proven to contribute to cancer growth. I would strongly recommend you change your target market.
