The amount of peer pressure, insults, doubt, fear instilling I had to endure as a first time mother since my baby is born.. now he is 15 months old I tried to stick your recommendation and lectures, everyone has judged me, criticized me. Almost until he was 1, I was 90% breastfeeding only, and only fruits and vegs- if I could find organic, I gave to him, starch free.
Again, so many “youre not feeding him enough” worries became mountain on my heart. I knew it was enough but I wasnt left to decide how to mother my baby alone. I did follow his cues as well, if he reached out a food- meat I havent deprived him of that. And just within this month I introduced him goats yoghurt first. But Im still sticking to no starch at all- no pasta, rice, bread, lentils etc.
Its hard to stick to the truth even if you believe it nowadays. Thank you so much your lectures helped me alot to shape my motherhood, and despite everyone needing to comfort me, I found myself comforting everyone else and myself. (But hurt- tired and resentful)

They're trying to push baby food because it's expensive and they want to sell it and make money They don't care about our health It's about the big food industries.
They're about 140 large businesses that run the world

Barbara don't you know that they homogeniz😢e the milk that you buy in the store.
I learned this from a chiropractor

They spend it so fast that the fact does not separate from the milk.
So when we drink it our body sees it as a foreign invader because we cannot break it down.
Our bodies absolutely cannot separate the fat from the milk and digest it.
So we have an allergic reaction because our lymphocytes and leukocytes surround the milk product as a foreign invader and we get lots of mucus and phlegm in our nasal passages and down in our lungs.
Also, it is homogenized and they remove all the natural bacteria out of it and it makes it less healthy.
This gives it a long shelf life in the store.

Soy consumption causes cancer; especially breast cancer. It was the big nutrition "lie" that started in the 1980's.

Soy milk comes from soybeans, hmm. Soybeans are chemically treated.
